HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA PHP报错

报错信息如下：
Deprecated: Automatically populating $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is deprecated and will be removed in a future version. To avoid this warning set 'always_populate_raw_post_data' to '-1' in php.ini and use the php://input stream instead. in Unknown on line 0

这种PHP声明以后将停用此方法，也会导致程序不能正常运行，或者支付问题，我们发现在PHP 5.6.27版本会出现这个问题，可以将php.ini里面的
always_populate_raw_post_data = -1

设置成 -1 ，默认是关闭的。

在OpenCart3.0版本        php5.6.27会出这个问题，PHP7.1可以正常运行。
